3. When was your borrowing capacity last holistically reviewed?

In the last 6 months. 1–2 years ago. Not since my last purchase. I’m currently hitting a "lending wall" with my bank.

4. How is your current debt structured?

Mostly Principal & Interest (P&I). A mix of P&I and Interest Only. I’m not sure if my loans are cross-collateralised. Highly structured with offsets and standalone securities.

5. What is your biggest finance concern right now?

Interest rate increases. Being "tapped out" and unable to borrow more. Complexity (Trusts, SMSF, or Land Tax). Lack of a clear 5-year capital strategy.
