SMSF Easy Refi (Like-for-Like)

  • Simplified Path: Serviceability calculator and 2 years financials not required.
  • Savings Benefit: Interest rate or repayments must be lower than current loan.
  • Repayment History: 6 months of statements showing perfect history required.
  • Loan Limits: Max 80% LVR and $3M residential loan size.

Core Product Features

  • Loan Terms: 10 to 30 years.
  • Repayment Options: P&I or Interest Only (max 5 years).
  • Redraw Facility: 2 manual redraws per year (Min $50k, SIS Act compliant).
  • Extra Payments: Unlimited free additional payments on variable rates.
  • Strict Exclusions: Cash out, debt consolidation, and additional advances not accepted.

Income Documentation

Documentation is required only if additional PAYG or Self-Employed contributions are needed to support the loan serviceability.

PAYG Evidence

  • Two recent payslips (within 30 days).
  • One of: Income Statement, Tax Return/NOA, Letter of Employment, or 3 months bank statements.

Self-Employed (Full Doc)

  • Most recent 2 years of Tax Returns and NOAs.
  • Most recent 2 years of Financial Statements.

Self-Employed (Alt Doc)

  • ABN registered 24 months / GST 12 months.
  • Declaration of Financial Position.
  • Plus: 6 months Bank Statements, 6 months BAS, or Accountant's Letter.
